Please note that all services include unlimited phone calls and emails. For all weddings, A Day At The Beach will arrive on Bald Head Island on Friday and leave on Sunday, unless we agree otherwise.

Wedding Day Coordination
Want to take care of most of your planning by yourself, but would like someone there on the day of your wedding to coordinate timing and make sure everything goes according to schedule? Then this package is for you!

This day-of coordination package includes :

•an initial phone consultation
•a final phone planning meeting and contract review
•creation of a wedding day timeline
•final confirmation calls to all vendors the week of the wedding
•primary vendor point of contact
•rehearsal, ceremony, and reception coordination
•wedding day management

Full Wedding Coordination
Full wedding coordination from start to finish! A Day At The Beach will make sure that no detail is left to chance.

This full wedding coordination package includes everything in the wedding day package, plus:

•vendor recommendations
•site recommendations
•budget & vendors that fit your budget
•assistance with theme, style, & color choices
•review of vendor and site contracts
•assistance with ceremony and reception music
•ceremony and reception itinerary/timeline
•recommendations for housing out of town guests
•creation & maintenance of vendor payment schedule
